Jamie3 had a fun-filled weekend at the golf course for the BMW Pro-Am Tournament. On Friday, Nana and Papa took Jamie3 to the course so he could see the golfers. Anytime Jamie3 is outside, he has a grin on his face . . . add in the stroller, and you have one happy camper!
Robin Freeman, one of the golfers, even gave Jamie3 one of his golf balls! Here is a photo of Mr. Freeman after he handed Jamie3 his
souvenir.
Here is Jamie3 smiling for the camera with a good shot of hole #4 in the background. The course was looking especially good for the tournament.
On Friday, Nana and Papa also took Jamie3 to watch the action on the 18
th green. Jamie2 and I took Jamie3 back to this same area on Saturday.
There were about 4 monitors in this one little area holding up signs and saying "Quiet please" when golfers were about to make their final putts. Needless to say, Jamie3 didn't take direction well and he must have heard "Quiet please" as "Please feel free to jabber away!" We didn't stay too long but did get to see Catherine Bell, one of the many celebrities, make her final putt on number 18. All in all, it was a great first golf experience for Jamie3.
