On June 28th, we celebrated Jamie3's 1st Birthday with some friends and family. We had a cookout, played outdoors, and ate lots of birthday cake. Some friends from church, with their children, came to celebrate Jamie3's special day.
During the party, Jamie3 really had fun swinging with Poppy - his namesake.
The bakery that made the birthday cake surprised us by providing Jamie3 with his own personal cake he could really dig into.
After a quick bath to get rid of the icing, Jamie3 opened his presents and discovered two new golf clubs that Jamie2 made for him. Until he masters standing and walking without assistance, he will probably be content to just bang the clubs on the floor.
The celebration was a lot of fun and will be remembered, through pictures and video, for years to come.
